Catering Styles
Art de Cuisine offers buffet, plated, and family-style menus. All food, beverage, rental equipment, and service are seamlessly coordinated. From setup to clean up, each element is handled with care and precision.
For menus that do not require on-site heating, delivery may be arranged.
Full-service catering allows hosts to fully engage in the celebration, free from logistical demands.
Please note: Art de Cuisine provides exclusively off-premise catering and bar services; pick-up is not available.
Full Service Catering
Hot menus require oven access onsite.
For optimal quality and presentation, hot dishes are heated onsite and served immediately—never transported in warming boxes over long distances.
For venues without an oven, propane oven rentals are available for larger gatherings. Alternatively, “Alfresco” buffet menus are designed for service without onsite heating.
Plated
The most formal of service styles, a multi-course plated meal offers an elegant, refined presentation. Requires additional service staff and kitchen warming equipment. A dedicated power source is needed.
Family Style
A communal dining experience designed for sharing and connection. Includes serving vessels and utensils per menu item and table, along with kitchen warming equipment. A dedicated power source is required.
Buffet Style
A thoughtfully curated presentation. Art de Cuisine’s aesthetic is eclectic and refined—rooted in rustic, organic elements and layered with considered textures, colors, and flavor.

Delivery & Post-Event Pick Up
Suited for smaller gatherings and brief occasions. Menu items are arranged and garnished on decorative platters, with linen, display elements, and biodegradable serviceware included. Delivery and post-event pickup is available for a flat rate.
Art de Cuisine operates exclusively off-premise and does not offer customer pick-up.
Drop Off
A streamlined option for relaxed gatherings. Menu items are presented on reusable, lidded platters, with biodegradable service-ware included. Delivery is available for a flat rate.
This is the only offering that does not include full-service staffing.

Local Portland Company, OSWEGO PRODUCTS cutlery & service-ware is made with PLANT STARCH and food grade polymers that greatly reduce the use of petroleum oils in disposables. Our products are designed to complement zero waste recycling and to lower the carbon footprint of disposable catering products.
