All catered events at Art de Cuisine, with the exception of deliveries and drop-offs, are full-service. This means that all food, beverage, rental equipment and staff are provided when you work with us. Our staff will handle all set up, service and clean up of your entire event from start to finish.
Hiring a full-service professional catering company frees up your time, space and heart to fully participate in the celebratory festivities without the mental load of multitasking and managing all the moving parts of your special event.

FULL SERVICE CATERING
Buffet Style
The most economical presentation of a full service event. Art de Cuisine’s aesthetic approach is unique & eclectic. With a foundation of rustic and organic, we delicately layer flavors, textures and colors within each design.
Family Style
Enjoy the community experience of a shared meal with your guests. There is no difference in the cost of the meal, there’s just the added $8 serving bowl & utensil per menu item/ per table + $300 kitchen warming equipment. A dedicated outlet is needed.
Plated
The most formal and traditional service, a multi course plated meal offers our most elegant presentation. Extra service staff required + $300 kitchen warming equipment. A dedicated outlet is needed.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery & Post-Event Pick Up
For small groups of brief meetings or events. Art de Cuisine provides an assortment of menu items displayed and garnished on decorative platters. Complete food and beverage display with linen and decor. $200 delivery and post-event pick up includes biodegradable plates, napkins & utensils.

Drop Off
For the most casual of occasions, Art de Cuisine provides an assortment of menu items displayed and garnished on disposable, yet reusable platters. $100 Delivery fee includes platters & lids, biodegradable plates, napkins & utensils.
Catered Drop Offs are our only offering that is not full-service

We offer our customers a sustainable choice in disposable cutlery and service-ware products.
Local Portland Company, OSWEGO PRODUCTS cutlery & service-ware is made with PLANT STARCH and food grade polymers that greatly reduce the use of petroleum oils in disposables. Our products are designed to complement zero waste recycling and to lower the carbon footprint of disposable catering products.
