SARA

Founder & Owner

With over 23 years building this company from the ground up, I have shaped every layer of its foundation—from design philosophy to culinary direction to the standards that define our work today. I am the sole owner, and this has been my life’s work in the most literal sense.

My focus is on highly curated, design-forward culinary experiences where food, nature, and hospitality intersect. I am deeply influenced by seasonality, travel, and global culinary traditions, which inform a practice rooted in detail, restraint, and visual abundance.

Much of our aesthetic is shaped by an extensive organic garden I’ve cultivated over the past 13+ years, where we grow herbs and edible flowers used throughout our work. This connection to land and seasonality is central to how we design—lush, botanical, intentional, and grounded in respect for the natural world and our footprint within it.

We operate as a small, highly experienced team, intentionally focused on a limited number of events. This allows us to maintain a level of harmony, cohesion, and care that cannot be achieved in high-volume production environments. Every event is approached with depth, consistency, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

Hospitality is both craft and discipline—an ongoing pursuit of refinement, clarity, and excellence.

LAUREN

Client relations & Operations Lead        

With more than nine years at the core of the company, Lauren brings a level of trust and expertise that has been built over time and proven in every setting. She leads client relations while seamlessly managing both front and back of house, with a command of detail that shapes every stage of the experience.

Beyond her technical precision, Lauren’s presence is both vibrant and deeply intuitive. She approaches her work with a rare balance of enthusiasm and exacting standards, creating an experience that feels both effortless and meticulously considered. Her ability to connect, anticipate needs, and follow through with intention makes her an exceptional force in both service and execution.

Her energy is dynamic, her approach intentional, and her commitment unwavering—an essential part of the standard we uphold.

KATHLEEN

Operations & Event Lead

With well over a decade of industry experience, Kathleen has been an integral part of the company over six years and serves as a cornerstone of our onsite execution. She is defined by an exceptional level of consistency, reliability, and composure—qualities that form the foundation of every event she oversees.

With extensive expertise in event operations and onsite coordination, Kathleen leads execution with clarity, precision, and an unwavering standard of care. Her presence ensures that every element is carried through seamlessly, translating design intent into lived experience with control and ease.

She is a steady, trusted force within the team—rare in her level of dependability, highly capable, detail-oriented, and deeply consistent in every environment. Her leadership in motion allows each event to unfold with cohesion, confidence, and peace of mind.
